Course Overview

The Collaboration Infrastructure Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting – Part 2 course (PCICT302) is an intensive 5-day advanced technical Instructor-Led Training (ILT) class, designed to provide practical instruction on more advanced aspects of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Polycom Clariti infrastructure solutions.

Pré-requis

  • Collaboration Infrastructure Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting – Part 1 (RPIIT202 / PCICT201), and/or
  • Polycom Certified Videoconferencing Engineer (PCVE) certification

Objectifs

On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

  • Deploy and configure complex customer solutions that integrate Collaboration Server, Resource Manager, DMA Core and DMA Edge and WebSuite
  • Use appropriate techniques to troubleshoot issues for Clariti deployments
  • Locate class addresses necessary to assist problem escalation
