The UC Theory Fundamentals (UCTFND) online learning experience is designed to provide basic explanation of key terms and concepts used in Unified Communication (UC) solutions. This course is intended as an introductory primer to voice and video communications and Unified Communication theory and is positioned as a starting point for learners interested in UC technology.

On successful completion of the Poly Video Fundamentals course, the student will be able to:
