Course Overview

The Voice Solutions in an Open SIP Environment course (VOSSIPIT202) provides the knowledge and skills to design, deploy and troubleshoot a solution incorporating Polycom’s family of VoIP phones.

This course provides field-ready skills and operational ability for field engineers, sales engineers, helpdesk support teams, solution designers and system administrators, responsible for deploying and supporting Polycom VVX and Trio voice endpoint solutions in a SIP environment.
