An Instructor Lead Training that provides the knowledge and skills to configure and perform basic troubleshooting on the Polycom RealPresence Resource Manager system.

- Quiz pré-formation de vérification des connaissances (si applicable)
- Évaluations formatives pendant la formation, à travers les travaux pratiques réalisés sur les labs à l’issue de chaque module, QCM, mises en situation…
- Complétion par chaque participant d’un questionnaire et/ou questionnaire de positionnement en amont et à l’issue de la formation pour validation de l’acquisition des compétences

Support staff responsible for configuring, administering and maintaining the RealPresence Resource Manager system.
Objectifs
On completion of the training students will be able to:
- Define the core features of the Resource Manager
- Download current system documentation
- Navigate the Resource Manager interface
- Configure Resource Manager users and groups
- Configure basic site topology
- Understand Resource Manager integration with the following:
- Microsoft Active directory
- RMX
- DMA Core
- DMA Edge
- Monitor and manage video endpoints
- Sign in to the Resource Manager from RealPresence Desktop
- Create Resource Manager conference templates
- Schedule and manage conferences with the Resource Manager
- Gather basic Resource Manager information
- Download system logs and perform a database backup
