Course Overview
The Poly Infrastructure Advanced course (INFADV / PCICT302) is an intensive 5-day advanced technical Instructor-Led Training (ILT) class, designed to provide practical instruction on more advanced aspects of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Polycom Clariti infrastructure solutions.

- Évaluations formatives pendant la formation, à travers les travaux pratiques réalisés sur les labs à l’issue de chaque module, QCM, mises en situation…
- Complétion par chaque participant d’un questionnaire et/ou questionnaire de positionnement en amont et à l’issue de la formation pour validation de l’acquisition des compétences
Who should attend
This course provides field-ready skills and operational ability for field engineers, sales engineers, helpdesk support, solution designers and administrators, responsible for deploying and supporting Polycom Clariti solutions.
Prerequisites
- Poly Infrastructure Intermediate and/or
- Poly Infrastructure Professional (INFRA-PRO) certification
Course Objectives
On successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Deploy and configure complex customer solutions that integrate Collaboration Server, Resource Manager, DMA Core and DMA Edge and WebSuite
- Use appropriate techniques to troubleshoot issues for Clariti deployments
- Locate class addresses necessary to assist problem escalation
