Course Overview
In the Advanced Asset Management in Jira Service Management training, participants will learn how to unlock the full power of Jira Service Management using assets.
In the training, participants will learn how to integrate assets into Jira Service Management to help agents process tickets quickly and efficiently. You will learn to configure custom fields for Assets objects to provide important information for tickets. Using advanced AQL features and configuring automation rules based on JSM tickets and custom assets fields is also part of this training.
The goal of this advanced training is to be able to manage your Enterprise Assets (EAM) and IT Assets (ITAM) and effectively use the CMDB features of Asset. You will also get an introduction to integration capabilities and learn advanced configurations for data import and synchronization.
