Course Overview
In the training "Asset Management Essentials in Jira Service Management (Cloud) ", participants will learn how to extend their Jira Service Management workflow with Insight's asset management features.
This hands-on training serves as an introduction to Insight's core features. You will learn how to use Insight to manage your enterprise assets (Enterprise Asset Management, EAM) and IT assets (IT Asset Management, ITAM). You will also learn the features of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
In this training, you will become familiar with the Insight user interface and navigation. You will work with object schemas to create and manage object types, attributes, and objects. Searching and report creation will also be covered. You will learn how to configure Insight automation and integrate with external systems to import data into Insight.
